True to original reproduction of a possible tool of the Neanderthal man. The hand axe is almond shaped and very evenly worked.
The original piece is kept in the Neandertal Museum in Mettmann, Germany. It belongs to the same site and was discovered 70 years after the famous skull was found during an excavation not far from the Feldhofer Grotte.
Casts are made in-house and hand-colored.
