Modified acrylic resins ensure that this adhesive cures transparently in a very short time (5-30 seconds) when irradiated with strong UV light.Due to fast processing time, favorable refractive index (n = 1.53) and extreme adhesion, the product is perfectly suited for the production of thin sections. As it is a one-component product, there is no need for the usual premixing.Thanks to a handy dispenser bottle, this UV-glue can be used particularly economical: It only costs a few cents per individual thin section.How to use: After drying, the prepared sample surface is glued onto the slide with its buffed side. To prevent detachment and formation of air bubbles, the sample should be weighted down slightly. It is important not to use too much adhesive or apply too much pressure to avoid breakage.
