Velociraptor belongs to the family Dromaeosauridae. Currently, two species are recognized: the type species, Velociraptor mongoliensis, whose fossil bones have been found in Mongolia and Inner Mongolia (China), and the species Velociraptor osmolskae, described in 2008 and known so far only from skull material from Inner Mongolia.The photo serves as an example, each piece is unique.
