The slides are 28 x 48 mm and have cover slips. They are numbered and have adhesive labels indicating the exact name as well as the age and locality of discovery. They are supplied in a slotted thin section case.
A detailed contents list with locality and exact name is included with each collection, there are thin sections of stones included, like:
