A system-bloc film covers each label to prevent scratching.The rocks are numbered so that they can be easily re-identified in case a specimen is misplaced.All specimens in the collection are delivered in system-bloc collection boxes, which are in turn arranged in sequence within a wooden case. They are numbered and provided with adhesive labels, which give the exact description as well as the age and the place of discovery. They are delivered in a grooved thin-section case.
