This lightweight, slim design fits comfortably in your hand and
comes with a fine 1.6 mm tip and matching head section.
Our modifiable airscribe system is ideal for fine and ultra-fine preparations.
Assemble your own personal tool kit and get started right away!
If required, the set can be extended.
Included is a ''tail section'', the body of the tool, as well as a head section/socket with
the needle size of your choice. Alternatively, you can also choose between a steel tail piece
in regular gauge (W9000) or the aluminum version (W9001).
- Individual elements can be combined and swapped with each other.
- Needles can be resharpened and take the pressure of preparation.
- This airscribe works from approx. 3 to approx. 6 bar.
- We recommend working with a maximum of 3 bar when using fine tips.

When working, compressed air is emitted forwards in a muffled manner and ensures
a clean working area. The device is connected to a compressor with an adjustable
operating pressure of 3-6 bar, our whisper compressor can be used for this
purpose (W108).
Please wear protective eyewear (e.g. W312) when working with preparation tools!

(Product no.: W9007-W9022)You can customize your preparation tool according to your individual requirements.You will needa ' tail section' (the housing) like this one made of steel, as well asa head section/ a socket.Alternatively, you can choose an aluminum housing (W9001) or the narrower slim version (W9100). Needle tips are available in sizes 0.7 mm; 1.0 mm; 1.3 mm; 1.6 mm or 2.2 mm.You're ready to roll!Of course, you can also purchase a set and swap out sockets as required. This is an excellent system for delicate fine preparation of fossils. Needle tips can be resharpened and withstand the pressure of preparation. This pneumatic tool works from 2 to approx. 6 bar.
