A collection compiled on the basis of lecture notes, summarizing the most important rock types.
With 63 igneous, 50 sedimentary and 37 metamorphic rocks (minor changes possible).

Our range of systematic rock collections offers everything from small to large teaching collections to provide a basis for both beginner and advanced petrographic courses. The samples are divided into igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks and within these groups are arranged according to modern systematics.

The specimens are labeled with the exact name, age and locality. A film is placed over each label to prevent scratching. The stones are numbered so that they can be easily reassigned if one is misplaced.

The rocks of the collection are supplied in system-bloc collectors' boxes, a detailed list of contents is included with each collection.

The photo serves as an example illustration, you will receive a collection of equivalent quality.
