Well-preserved larger shark tooth on a piece of matrix it was embedded in. Their large numbers of regenerating teeth guaranteed that a loss did not bother the animal. This wozuld happen regularly since the roots ere not deep at all. The small cusps to the sides ensured that the shark had a good grip on slippery prey like a trident.
