UV analysis lamp, 15 W (short & long-wave)

Plenty of minerals can be examined simultaneously by exposing them to a UV analysis
lamp. Many gemstones, jewelry stones, imitations, and synthetics fluoresce under UV light.
Individual characteristic colors or shifts in color at different wavelengths make it possible
to tell these stones apart.

The dual wavelength UV lamp, manufactured in Germany, contains two 15 W tubes for
fluorescence analysis (short wave: 254 nm; long wave: 365 nm).
An illuminated on/off switch for each wavelength allows you to use the two tubes
separately or in parallel.

Safety instructions:
NEVER look directly into the light beam, as this can damage your eyesight!
Always wear UV protective goggles when using short-wave (255 nm) and
medium-wave (310 nm) UV light! (see product numbers: W10, W11, W14).
UVC radiation is invisible and harmful.
Short-wave (255 nm) and medium-wave (310 nm) UV lamps are
NOT suitable for children!
Do not direct the light beam directly onto your skin, as exposure can
damage skin tissue.
Never direct the UV light beam at other living persons or animals!
