Starbond's all-rounder!
Starbond Glue EM150 is a transparent, low-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive.
As a result, it penetrates cracks by capillary action starting at a gap width of
approximately 0.15 mm and can bridge gaps up to approximately 1.5 mm wide.
CA adhesives are reactive single-component glues that cure spontaneously under
atmospheric conditions, utilizing the residual moisture present on the bonding
surface and in the surrounding environment.
That's why they're often called “superglue” in common speech.
Depending on conditions such as material, temperature, and pretreatment,
Starbond EM150 has a curing time of approx. 10–20 seconds.
CA adhesives reliably bond a wide variety of different materials together, making
them compatible with wood, metal, rubber, leather, ceramics, gemstones, minerals,
and much more.

Starbond EM150 is suitable for
- bonding plastic trim and model-making molds
- repairing marble, granite, and quartz stone
- repairing cracks in stone up to approx. 1.5 mm in width
- hardening soft, porous stones (creating a durable, non-porous outer surface)
- high-gloss polishing of stone and petrified wood
- taxidermy
Starbond glue is supplied in an HDPE bottle with a long spout and an additional
application nozzle for precise application.

Notes:
Cyanacrylate adhesives generate significant heat during the curing process.
While adequate heat dissipation is always ensured when bonding large workpieces,
spilled adhesive on flammable materials can cause spontaneous combustion.
A few drops on a cotton shirt are not enough to cause this, but you should
always exercise great caution when handling CA glues.
- Ensure that the work area is well ventilated
- Wear gloves and safety goggles
- Do not inhale the fumes!
