Interesting collector's item - NWA 7831 is a rare type of achondrite meteorite that was
found in 2013 in the Saguia el Hamra region of Western Sahara.
With our newly designed meteorite collection, we present a curated selection of pieces
that reflect the diversity of this unusual material. The specimens are great for building
a modest yet representative “space collection” and also make excellent gifts.
The series features twelve samples, which can also be purchased individually.
Each specimen is displayed in a collector's box with white foam inlay.
The lid can be lifted and locked in place for a better view of the sample.
Box measures: 55 x 35 mm (without lid)
The front of the collector's box features a photo of a typical representative of this site,
as well as the actual piece through a cut-out window (Ø approx. 2 cm).
A description in German and English is included.
The space collection is available at a special price of €150
(instead of €205 individually) here.
Note: Iron meteorites also contain nickel. People with a nickel allergy should avoid
direct skin contact or wear rubber gloves when handling them.
