Cream-colored trilobite on matrix. Complete except for cheek spines.
Rare!

During the Devonian extinction events, the diversity of trilobites was much lower and therefore rarer. Only the Proetida, such as Paladin, survived and even those only until the end of the Permian. This genus fed on detritus on the sea floor. The name comes from the group's large head shields.
