In 1869, Dmitri Mendeleev and Lothar Meyer developed the periodic table we know today.
The chemical elements are arranged in increasing order according to their atomic number and depending on their chemical properties in periods and groups.
This poster shows the most important data of each element: the relative atomic mass, melting point, covalency radius, ionization energy, electronegativity according to Pauling, important oxidation numbers or the electron configuration. As such, it is an important tool for school and university. Key trends in the periodic table are illustrated using overview diagrams.
A large number of available image files of pure elements were reviewed and a representative image for each element was included. In the case of colorless gases, we have opted for the representation of the respective fluorescent tube light.
Colors in product photos may differ from those of the original item for technical reasons.
