Visit us in Bonn! We keep many products of our catalog for you on stock. For logistic and economic reasons we do not have however everything available. If you are interested in somewhat special to look at in our shop it would be better to inform us before you come to us (telephone 0049 228 988650 and announce your visit) - without any obligation to the purchase!
Our opening hours are Monday till Friday from to 7.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m./1.00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. In June, July and August Friday only  until 12.30 p.m.

Delivery time
Your order is processed within 48 hours and shipped by the quickest, most cost effective means (Post, DHL or DPD). For most orders, you can expect delivery within four to ten working days. If we need more time, we will inform you.

Forwarding expenses
Postage and careful packing are charged by weight. If you would like to be informed before about the postage price, please let us know this!
Tip: If the postman does not reach you, your package stores one week at the post office.

Possilities of payment

• Payment per bank transfer:
  You will get 3% cash discount.
  This is only possible for clients with a german account. Then you have to tell us the account number and the bank code number.
   
• Payment in advance:
  You will get 3% cash discount.
  You transfer the amount of your invoice to one of our accounts and as soon as we receive the money we will depatch your order.
  The supply remains up to the complete payment our property.
   
• Payment against invoice:
  If you are a known customer, already registered, we send the goods together with its invoice which have to be paid net within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
   
• Payment by credit card:
  We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. We deduct the invoice amount of your card if the desired products are dispatched. Please indicate the credit card number as well as its expiration date and for your own safety reasons send us a copy of your card as well as a copy from your identity card and your signature. You can do this by mail our fax (0049 9886520).

Returning service
You can send back your order within 14 days to us.
Please announce the return to us and take care that the postage of your parcel is totally paid by you. The return has to take place in the original packing and in a safe way.

Data security
Your personal datas are stored and processed by EDP. They are not passed on to any other companies!
