Prices

Our prices, quoted on this website are calculated in Euro containing 19% Value Added Tax (VAT). We do our best to maintain the published prices but in case of a price increase of 10% or more we inform our customers before we dispatch the ordered goods.
For clients belonging to the European Community (EU) who can indicate a VAT registration number as there might be universities, retailers or other institutions are not charged with the above mentioned tax.

Our terms of payment are net within 14 days from date of the invoice. It is important that you adhere to our terms in order that we function in a viable and efficient manner. Customers with a overdue account run the risk that their orders being delayed in dispatch. The supplied goods remain the property of KRANTZ until full payment is received.

Payment

On advanced payments.
From unknown clients we require payment in advance by cash or bank transfer, before the ordered items can be dispatched.

The minimum value of any order is 20,00 €. For smaller orders we charge a surcharge of 4,00 €.

Shipment

Freight and handling charges are at the customer's expense. We ship via the quickest, most cost effective means. For most orders, you can expect delivery within four to seven working days. In case of delays we send an order confirmation indicating the exact time of shipment.

Goods which have been ordered and delivered require prior authorization before return. Do not dispatch items without first contacting our office. The items must be returned in new condition, with original wrapping and take care that the postage of your parcel is totally paid by you.

 All freight charges on incorrectly ordered goods are the responsibility of the customers. No return after 21 days.
